The development is master planned community at Vesu, Surat, with a group of seven buildings, abundantly landscaped and with amenities including swimming pool and sports facilities for the community, spread across the plot.  Five of the buildings are with 10 floors over 1 level of basement.  Two buildings, Building A and Building C are with 18 floors above 2 levels of basement and are in the scope of structural audit.

The structure is a combination of post tensioned slabs, conventional slabs and frames with provisions for landscape and pools within each floors.
