The development is master planned community with a group of 4 high rise buildings called Building A, to Building D.  It has 27,000 Sq. ft. of Club-Infinity with extravagant facilities like swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, movie theatre, Spa room, Gymnasium, Indoor games etc. The project has maximum open space surrounding each tower and is a conveniently located with wider road network like Vesu canal road, Udhna - Magdalla road and VIP road in Surat.

All buildings of the project consist of 19 story above 2 basement levels and a ground floor.  The buildings have different configurations however, follows a general pattern suitable for frame structure.  A conventional structural system in concrete has been proposed by the design consultant which fits well with the architectural layout of the buildings.  Post tension slabs are provided for some large slab panels where appropriate.  A dual system of ductile structural walls with special moment resisting frames form the lateral load resisting system.
