• Sangini Arise, Surat. Structural Audit Services. A master planned community with a group of 4 high rise buildings of 2B+G+19 typical floors. The total built up area of the towers of the project is 64,865 m2 including 6,184 m2 of podium within the footprint of the towers.  The podium and basement outside the footprint of the towers is structurally separated from the towers.
• Lawns & Beyond, Mumbai. Structural Design Services. This Innovatively planned 1, 2 & 3 bed boutique residences offer breathtaking views of landscaped courtyards, the city and the urban infrastructure spread across 17,74,907 sq ft. The residences are with 30+ luxury and lifestyle amenities, convenience shopping etc.  All buildings are of Ground and 21 typical floors over a very large double basement. The wings are arranged so as to have two large courtyards in the middle of the development.  
• Star Omkar, Surat.  Structural Audit Services. A residential development with 7 high rise buildings, all connected together below ground with a combined two-level basement.  The ground floor consists of entrance foyer. All buildings have typical 22 floors above ground. The height of the building is 70.70 m above ground level and the total built up area of the building is 10,55,000 sq ft.
• Sangini Evoq, Surat: Structural Audit Services. A mixed-use development project with 2 high rise buildings each connected together at podium from the 2nd level to ground level. It has a combined two-level basement. The ground floor consists of large reception area, shops and banquet hall, while the residential units occupy 4th floor to 20th floor. The total built up area of the project is 38866 sq m.
• Commercial Luxuries 2 villa for Mehndi Al Aswami, Jafilya, Dubai.  Designed the structure of the villa.
• G+5 Residential Building for Khalfan Al Dowaij, Al Qusais, Dubai.   Designed the structures using Etaabs, Prokon and Safe software.
• 6 m Height Pole, Jabel Ali 1. Client: Kozmo Lightning.  Designed the pole using Aashto and Staad Pro software
• G+5 Residential Building for Swift Builders & Developers, Bhiwandi. Analysis and designing of RCC structures. Also coordinated with Bhiwandi Municipal Corporation to get the approval.
• G+4 Commercial Building for Innovative Builders, Bhiwandi.  Analysis & design of commercial building and getting the approval from Bhiwandi Municipal Corporation.
• Row Housing 4 no’s Bungalow for Shaad Change, Bhiwandi.  Analysis & design.
• Luxuries Villa for Innovative Builders, Bhiwandi. Planning and site execution of the project.
