Souraksha has an overall 2 year experience in Structural engineering and is rapidly shaping-up her skills at Reci. During her tenure at Siddyog Constructions, she has worked on analysis and design of RCC residential and commercial buildings.  During her internship at Central Building Research Institute (CSIR), Roorkee, she has studied lateral load carrying capacity of precast shear wall systems developed with B. G. Shirke Construction Technology Pvt Ltd. She is well versed in structural design software Etabs and Staad.Pro.
